CNet did a cooler review. Good options at any budget

At the high end, Yeti and Orca.

Igloo MaxCold was the best of the affordable models at $50.

If you are a real cheapskate, the $5 styrofoam ones actually do a darned good job of keeping things cold. Certainly better than any cooler you are likely to spend less than $50 on.
